The Barclay End Projekt has always been a group which has sought to act with the benefit of Norwich fans at the forefront of what we do. We initially started with the intention of drawing attention to issues which we felt affected many fans, but which may have been previously under represented.

While best known for our campaign work relating to safe standing and ticket prices, our main objective has always been to improve the atmosphere at Norwich matches. While we can be rightly proud of much of the backing our fans have given the side over the years, predominantly in continuing to fill Carrow Road regardless of which division we are in and taking significant numbers of fans to away matches, we feel that few would argue with the belief that the atmosphere at home matches can all too quickly become flat and nervous.

We feel now is the right time to move our focus to improving the atmosphere at Carrow Road and strongly believe that the best means of supporting the team is to create an atmosphere which is as colourful, passionate and distinctive as possible. In order to achieve this we believe the group needs to be a focal point which can unite the core vocal support.

With this in mind we have decided to change the name of our group to 'Barclay End Norwich' to encompass and engage with the support of the main vocal areas at Carrow Road, whilst being at the forefront of its activities.

The work of the Projekt will continue to run alongside the main group and the campaigns still form part of our core beliefs. However, thanks to the work of fans and organisations across the UK these issues have risen to prominence and we feel that any further positive outcomes will continue to occur due to coordinated national actions.

As previously stated, we are proud of what we have achieved so far and have been and continue to be incredibly appreciative of the support we have received from a collective of other Norwich fan groups.
In the immediate future, Barclay End Norwich exists with the sole aim and focus of making the atmosphere at Carrow Road the best it can be.
